Susan, I had the privilege of sitting in your session at the GALEFI conference in Forsyth, GA this week. I have to admit that I really, (no, I mean *REALLY*) wasn't looking forward to yet another clueless "professional" telling us how to handle the day to day stressors we encounter in law enforcement. My preconceived idea was wrong. Your training was a pleasant surprise. You've obviously got a grip and deep understanding on the issues we face as police officers and the effect those stressors have on us. Thank you for giving us realistic, practical, and very useful information and suggestions.

*note* If you're reading this in anticipation of taking one of Susan's classes, you should know there is one area where she tends to "soft sell": When she says "bright yellow", she really means "blazing, neon, iridescent, radioactive, yellow". Attend her training, you'll understand.
